I have a tea for that.

Organic loose-leaf herbal teas, hand-blended in small batches.

Small batch, by hand

Organic herbs and flowers, blended by hand in small batches.

Sarah measures and mixes every blend herself, a few pouches at a time, so each one is fresh, fragrant and made with care. Her herbs come from a handful of organic growers, most of them in Iowa and Idaho.

Meet Sarah

Hi, I'm the Kitchen Gypsy.

Sarah Zulewski has a deep love for loose-leaf tea. She believes the kitchen is one of the most powerful rooms in the home, the place where her garden and her herbal craft come together.

From blending teas to exploring herbs and nourishing ingredients, her passion is bringing simple, soulful, organic rituals back into everyday life. Every tea is still blended by her own hands, in small batches.

Sarah's tea ritual

Watch the color bloom.

Some people call it a moment. Sarah calls it her ritual: the same few steps every cup, and a minute to watch the color leave the leaves.

  1. Kettle on

Fresh water to a full boil, 212°F, right when the kettle whistles.

  2. Pick a mug

Sarah's cabinet of Polish pottery is a flower garden of mugs. Choose the one that fits the day.

  3. Steep and watch

Loose leaf in a glass jug or teapot, hot water over it, then 5–10 minutes. Watch the color leave the leaves.

  4. Sip

Plain, with a spoonful of honey, or poured warm over ice to cool it fast. For sun tea, ¼ cup per half gallon in a sunny window for 3–4 hours.
